Class action against who? CRGP never really existed. The mines were fake, the management was fake, and the financial statements and PR's were fake. You have a class action against such a entity, and even if you did, COR already has a $4 million judgement against them which would take priority. Especially since a large portion of the potential class members were unjustly enriched through the stolen funds paid to them as a dividend.
