Oh wow, some real speculation about the future taking place right now. I am happy to see all the interest in CDNL. Seriously doubt most are in for the long term IHUB mainly consists of flippers and day traders who usually do the opposite of what they post so they can either scalp some cheapies or pass the bag to somebody else.
But i digress, yes things are looking rosier for CDNL but its still in its infancy regarding the future possibilities so a lot of whats been posted recently especially regarding future PPS is pure speculation. No doubt the promise is huge, it always has been, a lot of the upcoming income was already in place, the Chinese deal has just cemented some of this and will allow the growth but there is still plenty of work to do before this stock reaches its potential. Despite the undoubted Multi $ Billion market out there not too much has been booked as yet, i will be very interested in what new work comes from Western China, this week should hopefully enlighten us.
The Chinese coming on board is the biggest plus for me, KJ actually came through when i was having my biggest doubts and has done well, but i think most people will agree this needs a more professional management team if its to really accelerate its growth, it will be interesting to see what changes in management take place and how this moves the contracts. Their is still huge potential in markets like the USA that do not rely on bank guarantees. Once deadlines are met and filings posted on time consistently more and more confidence in the stock is bound to happen
The Buyback will help but i do not see it being too significant now the PPS is climbing, if it climbs to high it would be better initially to spend more money on other areas and secure additional work and buyback when cash rich.
I am hopeful that CDNL will move on from here and its PPS should strengthen over the coming weeks and months, but milestones will still need to be met and Nasdaq is still a long way off, the Chinese will only fully commit once they are satisfied CDNL is in the right track and achieving whats been agreed, once we make it to the 2nd tranche milestone then i believe it will be all systems go. GLTA and it should be an interesting few weeks which if successful will definitely reward the patient.
