Nations was well loved and respected in the community - and he ordered Wallace to get an attorney because he could see that he was about to engage in abuse of process.

So Nation violated Wallace's rights because of what he thought Wallace was going to do? The GA Constitution and the US Supreme Court didn't allow Nation to do that even if after Wallace did abuse the process. Punishing someone for what they might do is judicial incompetence.

Too bad that the Delaware judge wasn't so insightful.

If you mean by insightful following the law, then yes, it was too bad for spencer.

Obviously this is not a pivotal issue to me, and these court battles only served to delay the adoption of GeckoSystems tech by draining funds from the company.

Glad you agree with me that spencer's failed legal strategy drains company funds, delays adoption of the tech and hurts SHs. Has anyone counseled spencer to settle and end the draining of funds?

I see a cause of action for shareholders to sue Wallace too - in Georgia - where he will probably be forced to hire an attorney. Who knows, maybe they can hire Nations to represent them.

More nonsense. Wallace has no connection to GA and owns no stock. And even if he did, SHs have no claim against him. And Wallace appeared pro se before Judge Irwin. Oops.

I think Wallace would love the "SHs", including Paula and Matt to sue him. And he would enjoy even more Ex-Judge Nation being their lawyer. But I doubt Nation wants to get back in the ring with Wallace after the pounding he took last time.
