So the issue is not the information it contains. The issue is what instrument was used to disclose that information. In my previous comment I asked you to point out what information in the report is bogus. I'm less interested in what instrument he used to give us the information on the Ruby and more interested in what that information is. So what information reported in the NI 43-101 is fraudulent and bogus?
