The SEC filings of this week are interesting.

Last year a Form 4 was filed .... indicating 1.54 million shares owned after an exercise of warrants purchase. This year's Form 4 ... after an apparent exercise of warrants ..... stated 1.338 million shares after the transaction.

In between, there is no Form 4 indicating any sales. LOL. Without sales the share ownership should have been 1.65 million. Where are roughly 320,000 shares ?

This filing also indicates two sets of debt funding were converted to stock during 2015. (footnotes)
250,000 shares on 6/5/15 and 250,000 shares on 9/24/15. Yet they do not appear in the share count total. They are marked as disposed of.
