Wow...just talked to my branch manager at Scottrade. He gave a completely different reason as to why he couldn't place the order. He said how can we buy the stock for you when the exchange is not selling us the shares. He said the otc will only buy shares from them basically a sell order but will not execute a buy order. And I told them that etrade and fidelity will execute a buy order. And he said they told you that but if you would've placed a order with them than your buy order would have been rejected. And he said that the volume was probably all sells for today. It didnt make any sense to me. Did anyone have that problem today with any of your brokers.
