I try not to talk about price and dilution much. I usually regret it when I do. Small biotech must fund themselves. Dilution is inevitable. Should NWBO have funded more at $12.00 to minimize dilution? Duh. It's water under the bridge. There's an investigation going on. You either believe it's near an end and trust management is chomping at the bit to protect and improve shareholder value....or you don't. In the meantime, the trial must continue, NWBO must expand manufacturing, pay CROs and treat patients.
