My prediction is the toxic debt will never disappear. It never does. Which is why it is called toxic death spiral convertibles. It kills every company that issues it. It never gets paid in full, and never disappears, since once a company issues it, their ability to obtain conventional financing of any kind from that point forward is virtually non-existent. If they need more financing, they have to again turn to the toxic lenders, and the terms are often worse for each subsequent note. It never goes away and just piles on until the Company is dead. No company can survive handing out a virtually unlimited amount of free-trading stock at a 40-50% discount to the market price.

And COWI may have the absolute worst financial statements for any penny stock that is not already bankrupt.
