Well Poop, the R/S calls for shareholders turning over 150 of their Paychest shares in order to get one share of a new company. That would suggest the new company name, symbol and cuspid information has to be in the system first.

Has anyone noticed the volume lately? IMO, an official announcement providing details of the R/S still has to be issued to alert everyone of their intentions.

Do you or anyone know when this R/S going to actually happen?
