They make lots of money on every item sold.
They do have high overheads which need some explanation - however if people here hadn't reported them to the SEC and if the FDA had already created the new category a lot of expenses would not have been charged.
IMHO many service providers like the accountants and PR firms are exploiting small cap stocks as well and charging far far more than they should for services actually delivered.
Fixed overheads are high but will be more than covered in the Q1 numbers due in 2 weeks and will be small fraction of the gross profit by end of this year.
