They will cover at $1, .75, .50 and some shares they will never have to cover. Would you hold out for several million dollars if you were pretty certain of the outcome? Keep in mind they are fully hedged with free warrants. They are in a very happy place. A very profitable place with more profits to come. Full protection. It really couldn't be better.
