Why isn't the CEO using the TCA funds to do a stock repurchase - instead of enriching himself.
He sure isn't returning the stock to the treasury or retiring the shares.

Because you and I both know that he is unable to purchase shares through the company because of the TRO. However, he isn't restricted as CEO, so he can buy as many as he wants. And he hasn't retired them yet because the more he retires, the more the PPS goes up. The more the PPS goes up, the fewer shares he is able to buyback with the money he has.

I will speculate that sometime in the near future, we will see a HUGE retirement of shares from Ryan's personal collection. And that'll only be the beginning, so hold on to your hats...
