Then, no companies are investable if one reads the warning section literally, particularly those small biotech companies; no patients should take any medicines if they read those warnign labels literally; no human beings should leave their houses to work, have fun, and do usual rounds if they are awared of they could be killed in a car accident, by a falling meteorite from sky ... And it is not safe at home either! Then, what to do?

Investing in a small biotech is a high risk and high return game!

BTW, If the company receives a definite notice from FDA, just as you have suggested, do you think the company must report it in an unambiguous way? Yes, LP is a crook, isn't she?
