I am curious if the DTCC will weigh in on this statement within the judgment? To this point most if not all of what the DTCC has submitted has been marked as (highly) confidential. To my knowledge the DTCC has not acknowledged that they made an error (even if 'caused'). I am under the impression that the DTCC wouldn't like a judge's statement that they erroneously did anything, or were 'misled' shall we say, especially by a penny stock company.
