Interesting article Bemis, My take on it was that initial installation of which every thing operated properly but when moved to Fort Benning location things went haywire and are still problematic.
Now with our DGU modular system I assume it can be moved multiple times without problems of disassembley and reassembly.
Plus being modular multiple DGU units can be assembled based upon the waste load.
