If you bothered to read the 10k you would know that the company repaid 1.8 million in toxic notes which validates what the CEO has been saying for months that he was buying out debt.

You would also know that the OS ballooned because two note holders that they owed 249k refused a buyout and shorted and converted that amount to the tune of 2.1 billion shares. It also did not help that retailing aided them by selling at every turn helping drive down the PPS.

But do not let the facts get in the way here.
