All of those tickers were taken public as mirrors to one another using an Israeli address, nominee Israeli officers, nominee Israeli seed shareholders, and some kind of patent to help it get past the S-1 process to go public

I think they all used Weinberg & Baer LLC for their auditor consents when they went public too.
