WOGI Demand letter is coming close to the 30 days. Here is the section of Florida Law stated in the letter:

Key word is date of receipt.

That would be the date that WOGI would have signed for the mailing served.

So does anyone know how it was served to WOGI?

Overnight?
Two Day?
UPS ground?
Snail Mail?
Hand delivered?
