Yes, I know what is holding it back. There is absolutely no point in buying common shares right now because the common shareholder is getting screwed here. There is a upcoming 1:20 RS on common shares.

Plus, All the Series D and F shares will convert into 20 common shares. That will equate to 60 million common shares.

They are also raising the authorized share count to 200 million. (They are actively looking for funding, so there is a good chance that they will need t dilute some shares)

On top of that they just issued a bunch of free Preferred Series F shares to employees on 3/17. Again, the employees paid $0.00 for their shares. That will equate to another 5 million common shares.

The company can keep saying that everyone will keep their proportional percentages after the R/S. This is obviously not the case.
