Does anybody have any idea what may be holding this back???

Or have an idea what might get it started---the 10q is due by 5/15,, right??/ and they will probably request an extension----thus it will be out May 30 or 31--

This is the only item that I can think of as a trigger to jump start this company's PPS.

Thoughts,, anybody!!!
