Good morning Charles:

I am writing on behalf of a group of more than 232 shareholders who have signed in the last 2 days since this petition was created & are becoming very concerned about the lack of direct communication from WMIH Board of Directors & poor performance of the stock since the $11.1M failed deal last October with no sign of accountability.

Since WMIH has put in place measures to avoid direct questions at the annual meeting that have not been sent at least 6 months in advance & no Investor Conference with Q&A session has been done with openly questions to our Executive Team maybe this will open the Board of Director´s eyes as to the current feelings of many shareholders. We have devoted savings & supported the company in the past 4-7 years if we look back at the bankruptcy days.

We believe we deserve a bit of transparency & direct approach other than reading financials & a letter to shareholders that while it express “excitement about 2016 prospects” no one in reality but insiders know what is going on.

I hope you guys shed some light in June 1st I believe we all deserve some positive news other than silence from our Team of leaders.
