So, with down 30% already, since the announcement of a R/S, how much more are you looking for? Another 20%, 30%?

One of the main reasons we may have a 1:4 is to get the share price over $2.00 so that certain institutions can buy in.

In some of their charters they can not buy a stock under $2.00.

I believe they will support the price above $2.00, and will be the source of our possible last financing.
