I am a strong believer that big Pharma and possibly gov't until the Biden Moonshot Episode was trying to take these types of cancer cures down...in fact it is obvious.
But I don't like when related companies like NWBO & Cognate play fast and loose with financial dealings and if not actually following arms length transactional rules then do things that cause suspicion and worry along those lines. When a company is private that is one thing but when a company is public that is a whole other and shareholders ned to be informed and protected and when there is so much uncertainty in that area you can't blame anyone but themselves. Either way it causes mistrust and imho LP & LG caused most of the distrust and need for an investigation(s) and remember if it weren't for NW we wouldn't be having any investigations because LP & LG surely weren't listening to us regarding stopping the appearance let alone the possibility of inappropriate bookkeeping. They continued going on their merry way with all this possible nonsense and if it were for the benefit of shareholders it was never explained as such.
I feel that I am personally being set up for huge dilution, where the value of all my shares will evaporate because of all this while LP & LG will continue doing business as usual and I will be out. I have invested a boatload and while I understand biotech is risky every speech LP & LG made made me feel that their business was derisked to a greater extent than most other biotech, and thus I sunk a tremendous amount into the company (for myself that is of course).
