Just going back over my DD notes and almost forgot to respond:

So here are some updates for that DD

1) There indeed was a $250,000.00 loan but there's more to this than "just the loan" and the counter will solve that and is at the heart of the fraud, attempted takeover and the tortious interference

2) MW intended to defraud. Never happened and is not a part ofany court doc....complete nonsense

3) Fraud is a felony .....this we agree on. JS and SA did commit fraud in several ways. the shareholders know this to be true and are waiting to see how the state case falls out.

4) Conspiring with others and involving other organizations in the fraud is a RICO violation; which is of course, yet another felony. There is no "RICO" with MW or IFUS. However...there IS with SA. He's under several indictments (more than 22 last count) and will go to prison. Follow the trend....SA committed the fraud and is in DEEP trouble with the feds.

5) The court has determined that WAWA Walthers involved at least 4 other persons and entities in his scheme to defraud. No where does the court or judge say this.

So yeah, I did update my DD. Ifus is a winner, SA and JS will go to jail, Ifus and MW will win it's suits and it will be a winner.
