Correct, most pennies end up diluting existing shareholders to extinction. Most pennies never amount to anything much beyond a temporary money printing machine for the executives. Most pennies attempt to lure investors with hype that never results in revenue. Most pennies prey on the small wannabes dreaming of a financial windfall, etc. etc. etc...

Once again, why do you find yourself still here with others pounding the table around the captain obvious stuff?
