First things first. Penny stocks are traded here for a reason. Is anyone really surprised by the relentless debt financing and stock issuance to buy time? One may want to focus more effort around the actual technology and whether or not it has a viable option of ever being marketable. Do we know the company's current business strategy? Do we know if the company is actively in talks with anyone? Do we know if the company is piloting any of their technology? These would be good starter questions and/or analysis for an investor to consider.
