Any scientist on this board would recognize a fellow scientist.

The glaring lack of comprehension of the "placebo effect" speaks volumes.

The data I have seen looks dubious at best.

Testimonial evidence is clinically meaningless.

Do you know what other meds she is taking?

Perhaps she had a co-occurring depression which was exacerbating her clinical symptomatology and was treated with an anti-depressant and this caused most of her improvement?

Maybe she changed her diet completely? (There is increasing evidence for kerogenic diets, for example)

Maybe she stopped taking other meds which were compromising her cognitive status?

That's why you need a comparator group; otherwise, the actual data, however weak it is, becomes meaningless.
