Emotion isn´t a good advisor. The point here you don´t understand is that Mr. Simpson reserved the right to start a petition on behalf of all shareholders. It is uncontroversial that he has the right to do so, i don´t criticize that, but not on behalf of all. Period. That´s a fact and not worth discussing. Your input and consolidation into a lump sum here is not objective and within the meaning of the justice, which you are defending.

Who cares about what the hedge funds think or feel. If they cared about us or anyone besides themselves they would have demanded transparency and a open line of communication for all shareholders to the BOD years ago. If I am correct, they have not done so for obvious reasons; besides they probably know more than we do.

My point is, if you don't like the wording of this petition, YOU and others do not have to sign it...It is as simple as that.

If Mr. Simpson and many others share this sentiment, then it is their right to express their concerns.

I don't know about you, but anything that shed light on how MOST of us feel is a positive direction.
