so some casual remarks to your post:

1. YOU state as given fact: "... simply because the mass
MAJORITY of shareholders are displeased."
How many of the 8.356 shareholders plus some
insignificant Hedge Funds did YOU contact to know they are
displeased ?
I call this YOUR wording arrogant and the rest of YOUR post
tub-thumping !

2. Who are YOU to know what's happening for years now behind the
curtains?
who are YOU to denounce high educated and experienced
specialists (see their profiles and their curricula vitae !!)
negotiating and working (see the proxy statements beginning
from 2013 on) for solutions and positive results for A L L
shareholders, be it retails or HF's, for inaction ?
YOU are an insider ? Show us YOUR D&D, YOUR contributions and
YOUR links for YOUR blanket assertion !

3. YOU don't get it that there is a close interdependency
between WAMU (via WMILT and ESCROWS) and WMIH Corp., so the
situation appears even more complicated ?

4. Do YOU spill the beans or do YOU count the chicken before
they are hatched in YOUR own business affairs ?
do YOU really have an idea of the financial dimensions we are
talking of, based on YOUR own D&D ?


And finally some words to Mr.Simpson72 :

I'd suggest you write:"A group of shareholders listed signing below ..."

Invest a few minutes in thinking - It will pay good interest !!
