YES!! Read those paragraphs over and over again! The floor has been set with a predicate. HUGE news IMO. The NSE is NO longer the roadblock to commercialism. FDA has gone the extra mile IMO to get our products and all proven PEMF products to market.

First the "new category" for PEMF. Now the changing of thermal to non-thermal on an already approved device (ACTIBAND) to serve as the predicate so longingly sought by Bioelectronics.
