It's proof because I know how to actually do research on companies and people. There's nothing showing that IDGC is a valid company anywhere. No valid address, no contact information, no employees, no business license, no holdings license, no products of any kind during the last 18 months, multiple HQ address changes in the last 2 years, using a false address multiple times in the last 2 years and I can continue but why bother.

Feel free to dump more cash into a a stock ticker that has been at "NO-BID" for 14 months if you like. The filings are unaudited and BS. Anyone is welcome to believe what comes out of IDGC's so-called CEO mouth if they like, but ignoring the past and the present will not be beneficial. Best of luck to you sir.
