I think there are a few people to listen to on here regarding the merits of SFOR as well as accompanying bearish views.

I think that anyone who's simply full on BULLISH SFOR and refuses any critical views of SFOR has their head in the sand and is foolish.
I feel the same about any SOFR bear who refuses logical, succinct reasoning behind a bullish sentiment.

Case in point: yesterday's 13G. The people who actually looked up what a 13G is and looked at examples of 13G's or who already are educated in 13G's understand that it was simply a divestment statement. First, you INVEST (buy shares or debt, notes, warrants or combinations (AKA Units) of the underlying security and are invested. Some day, you DIVEST (you shed all or a portion of those securities. Yesterday's statement basically said "I, Mr. Fife, the President of these institutions, have invested, and now I'm divesting, fully".

Does the 13G mean All toxic debt is GONE? No! Not at all. It simply means Mr. Fife has moved on.

To read this board yesterday, you could easily cherry pick the people who know, and have done their DD, from those who didn't simply by reading posts which said either "toxic debt is gone", or "there is still toxic debt".

Those on this board doing their DD are easy to pick out and should be followed. Is easy! Fact check them. When someone says "the sky is falling"...look outside...is it really falling?
When someone on the board says a 13G means all toxic debt is gone, Wikipedia a 13G and examples...you'll see that's not at all what it means.

Once you see a poster make claims you've fact checked and debunked, you can assume that the rest of their musing is probably worth about as much any other hot tip from the shoe shine guy.

Anyway...
Happy Friday. I'm happy to see decent volume and a earnest effort by the Bulls to lift this stock into the weekend.

I'm extremely bullish SFOR. Headwinds? Absolutely! This company has proven they'll adjust share counts to improve curb appeal.
The company has a product unit sales transparency problem. The company has offered zero guidance into unit sales. That said, in very well positioned and in positive carry. I see this stock going above a penny.
Overnight? No! Certainly not.

We will see though.

Anyway, have a great Friday all and trade well.
