This is the deal,chapter 11 puts breaks on creditors from knocking at the SUNEQ'S doors since they refused to restructure their payments. But also gives the SUNEQ time to stay in business knowing that they still have a debt to pay.Even though they owe 11bil the creditors can slash the debt to 40% for an easy one lump sum pay off. Go SUNEQ
