Yes, it is left between the lawyers and the court now. At lease one thing SUNEQ doesn't have to worry about making large debt payments while they're in bankruptcy court and reorganizing their business plan for reconstruction. The courts will decide should some of their assets be sold later on to pay off debt if the parties can't come up with an agreement, this could take months and even years. There is lots of money for shareholders to make doing this time and plenty of time for Sunedison to generate more revenue, and become very profitable and sustainable. while the lawyers keep this tied up in court.
