If not filed by tomorrow, the 2014 10-K will officially be overdue by one year and the 2015 10-K will be late.

Over on the OTC Markets site, DEWM currently has a Yield Sign icon, indicating that it is a OTC Pink Limited Information stock. The reason it has that symbol is because while it hasn't filed proper full financials since the 2013 10-K was filed in Sept, 2015, the Nov 5, 2015 8-K is enough to maintain the OTC Pink Limited designation.

When a company doesn't file some kind of financial info every six months, then it will drop a tier, to OTC Pink No Information and its icon will be changed to a Stop Sign.

The six month anniversary of the Nov 5 8-K will be on May 4 or 5 (not 100% sure how OTC Markets accounts for Leap Day). If Moran doesn't file the 10-Ks and 10-Qs -- or an 8-K with substantially similar info -- by that day, then OTC Markets will "downtier" DEWM to OTC Pink No Info."
