Glynn mentioned Tuesday how they have raised over 11M and how there are still many warrants, some in the money that can be exersised. Keith gave us the impression that Mayo has and will continue to write grants to help where funding is needed. As for the two licenses for TPIV 200 and TPIV 100 we own both and Mayo stsnds to make money if we bring anything to market. My window has been 2018 2019 for the sp to begin paying off like a slot machine. I think there may even be a chance after P2 are completed we may see TPIV bought out or many other partnerships with other bp companies. Possibly, this is just the beginning of something very special. Companies with checkpoint inhibitors like AZN, MRK, BMY, ROCHE are running 100's of combination trials. We are the only vaccine being tested to date with a PD1. If data is great, all those companies will want in on TPIV 200 along with their PD1.
No one was more disappointed that triwls hadn't started more than Glynn and his team. He kidded with the audience how its a 4 employee operation not counting any advisors.
I may have mentioned this already but i didnt find out anything new from my attendence at the presentation except Keith and Bob F's exuberance over our science stressing to me how it really works. These guys stand to make millions if we get a product to market. More money than most retail investors for sure. They had a proud glow on their faces like a father who just watched his son hit his first game winning shot. But that son happened to be Kobe Bryant.
Imagine what the sp could be if all P2 provide great data. 2020 we should see this company paying off immensely. That is if they havent been scooped up and folded into some BP company. AZN/Medimmune is a good jumping point IMO. There will be many others IMO.
