well for sure it looks like the big money players decided this isnt the place to buy..is that safe to say?

but I'm just wondering why volume wasnt strong jumping on todays 'double bottom' at the Fib 5.11
This was a technical place where anyone trading on the TA technical markers would have jumped on this low.
