Marlynt... My experience with W 10 has been excellent.
Do not suspect my problem coming from W10. Saw what I've
got now, when was using W 7 and W XP; just cannot remember
the fix. Am wondering if my cable/ internet provider isn't the cause
( like restricting bandwidth at a certain point - although they do not
claim to limit.
That being said, I find W 10 very complex (steep
learning curve for me)- think I will purchase a W 10 tutorial (book)
then maybe can learn to manipulate. Right now, I go into
"internet options" change something, for example, and do not know
what is going to happen. Truth is I cannot even relate, sometimes,
to webpage layout names/functions (tool bar, etc.).
This kind of cloudiness might have worked with XP/W7, but
believe can really mess up W 10.
If I come up with something that might be of help will let all here know. GL.
