By definition the lower AVXL goes the lower the risk for a buyer..
One likes to see trends up..easier to average up psychologically..
the delay is what it is..i would be more upset releasing 12 Week and interim 26 Week only to see A Fuerstein an dShrkeili get rich scaring the crud out of Car Chasing Retail..Seeing the shorts make that easy scared money makes me sick..
