Thanks for writing, poloniner. Today's story refers to "any" bankruptcy, and never says the company is, as you write, "currently in bankruptcy." Both the WSJ and many other news outlets have reported that SunEdison is working with advisers on a bankruptcy filing. And SunEdison's own SEC filing last week says it's negotiating with lenders about a debtor-in-possession loan, which is used to finance operations during a bankruptcy. These are facts that we have reported with great care. Remember, we reported that the SEC and DOJ were investigating -- which SunEdison later confirmed.
