Actually, if you are a repeat offender at being late with your 10Q and 10K fillings, the stock is supposed to be made ineligible for quotation on the OTCBB, whatever that means.

It's already beyond 40 days, and already beyond their 15 day extension off the March 31 deadline.


Now, how complicated would the 10K of a company that more or less doesn't have revenues or assets, or liabilities be? And a delayed IPO of Kush? How hard to people have to be hit over the head to be shown this company is more or less a sham?

What would ordinarily be a huge negative signal doesn't seem to apply to the world of penny marijiuana stocks.
