The best answer I could get was they are experiencing a slight delay because
they changed auditors.

It seems that they are working on it and will report it someday soon.

I searched how late it can be.
Maybe 40 days seems to be fine.
In Korea, a company with small market cap can report their annual report within 2 months from the original report day. Since Korean stock rules copies US rules almost all, I assume even 2 months might be fine.

I tried to find the US otc market rules, but not easy to find the specific guide line about it. Anyhow, they are working on it.
