During my research I have come across a AFSPC (Air Force Space Command) document labelled FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY and is a powerpoint document. Unfortunately I do not have powerpoint and cannot view the presentation. The document is available in HTML format but not reader friendly...

I find it interesting that this document was published only a few months ago and mentions Sanswire's Stratellite by name.

I would not feel comfortable giving any opinions without being able to view this document in it's original format.
