Based upon the premise of the proxy proposals passing, the most important pre-indicator of how the company is going to fare in the future will be

1) who Lugee Li appoints as COB if not himself (director number one)
2) what is the background of director number two
3) what is the background of director number three

and, of course,

which of the existing directors are removed to make way for the above. What a surprise it would be if Steipp were removed from BOD.
Most on this board would agree that he really is a LAME DUCK.

Were Lugee Li to surprise all of us by appointing some competent USA based directors who know this market, then we would be pleasantly surprised, I would think.

Most important, who will be in charge of CIP? Can anyone, with certainty, link to a source which names the current officers of CIP?

Remember all the fanciests who forecast Steve Zadeski was a shoe in?
