I also use Scottrade. I spoke with them 24 hrs ago. They have not upgraded my ticker symbol of REGPR9# to RGBPP. I have NO info on the original preferred share symbol except my share count.
Have they changed your original pref share symbol to RGBPP?
ST told me they will not change the symbol to RGBPP until it starts trading. Makes no sense to me, since other brokers have already completed the change. Very frustrating! Please reply. :)
