I would not be surprised if WAWA Walthers is trying to say the lawsuits drove him to BK. That sounds just like him. everything bad that happens in his life is always somebody else's fault. In truth, nothing could be further from the truth. Ask him to make the BK pleadings, filings & list of debts available to you. then read them.
