SUNE _ Listen, You , Me and Everybody else have absolutely no clue what will transpire over next few week's / month's.We are all looking for clues and have to be detectives during " quiet period ". Can they or can't they file 10K with SEC and DOJ investigations going on ?? Don't know. Did buyout company say Einhorn must not be majority owner ?? Don't know. Did Einhorn lower stake to be sort of anonymous during transaction or restructure period.... Knowing his remaining 11 mill shares would make him his money back ? Don't know. Will he take himself and his investors on the 1.4 billion recently raised and throw that into mix ??? Don't know. At 2.8% owner he is under radar. Anything can happen but first and foremost Chatila and his staff must go.Hopefully that's why he cancelled Wharton appearance. Because he'll be on unemployment line in May. GL ALL
