IDCC seems to follow market on down days but not on up days. Nothing good will happen to this stock until the NOK mess is cleared up. I hope future contracts will not invite a situation like this. So far the only ones who have benefited from the NOK contract have been management, who sold in the aftermath of its announcement in 1999.
