Your assessment is not a fair one because one must consider the beta as well. Regardless of the beta, look at the rest of the co's in the telecommunications field. Go ahead and justify it anyway you'd like...it's your money.

Couple of months? It's been a lot longer than a couple of months.

I've got 30 stocks on my screen and most are up 2.5%- 4% Those are the facts.
