What makes you say that?

Same bids and asks for the past few weeks and relatively no volume.
No word from the company as to what their plans are.
No way to contact anyone as former poster Dayynish has tried and neither email or telephones are connected.
O/S of 95/M dates back to 2011
Last Filing was in 2012

IMO, until we hear something positive such as a buyout or R/M this is, and will remain stagnant.
